Minimum 48 hours notice required for most orders
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking, with the remainder to be paid in the week prior to function when final numbers are confirmed
Prices and menus are subject to change without prior notification
Payment accepted by direct deposit into The Red Kitchen account, or by cash or cheque
In the case of a cancellation, where a deposit has been made, a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit applies if cancelled one month or less prior to function date
Organic Produce availability subject to season
FUNCTION
Only food that is provided by The Red Kitchen will be prepared for any function
Garbage disposal is the responsibility of the client, although TRK encourages and assists in the segregation of biodegradable items for composting and recyclables for recycling and can provide signage for such purposes.
Composting service is available for a fee, see your function waste become fertiliser rather than go to landfill ask us for more information
Hire of equipment can be organised by TRK on behalf of client, and is advised at the discretion of TRK for efficient execution of function
Any breakages, damage or loss of hire equipment will be charged to the client
It is the responsibility of the client to advise TRK of any dietary requirements and/or allergies i.e. Gluten Free / Peanut Allergy
